The workshop is real fun. I like most the role play. It gives me a chance to realize my acting ambitions and to became an Academy Award Winner ;) This is joke of course. I mean acting and Award. Or ... is it? :)
I expect to become better facilitator. There is always something new to learn even if one has a big experience, knowledge, skills ...

Oliver, I'm so pleased that you are enjoying this learning activity. Acting is part of good facilitation, as learning facilitators we must play many roles and encourage and enable our colleagues and students to grow and learning with us. Learning should be fun, and in most cases it is. Active facilitation methods can enhance the natural joy of learning we all feel and it sure makes the work of a learning facilitator more enjoyable.
